Six degrees needs to change their overall work culture, reward the employees who are deserving rather than giving Rewards to the ones who don't work and just blabbers. The senior leadership needs to be considerate towards their employees in case of some personal problem

Nothing is good. Had a terrible experience working there. Priya Kapoor, HR is puppet to seniors, they don't listen to employees. One person handles 3-4 clients and this hampers work life balance, you end up working beyond your working hours. A few people who are good at buttering can survive. (This happened after founders left)

I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
