I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

There is nothing to like in Sivana.

The MD of the company is very greedy person. Cant even pay a single penny as diwali bonus to its employees. Making false promise for hike in compensation is the usual practice of this employer. Using their official employees in the personal household work of Chairmen of the company. A to the point MD in official matters but when it comes to employee related matter then there is no rules and regulation to follow by the MD. And the worst is, although it is a pvt ltd company but yet it not give any experience letter to its employees. All official communications related to an employee are in verbal only and when it comes to company related matter they want everything in writing from their employees.
