While no workplace is without its small area of improvement, The concerns here are minimal and don't overshadow the benefits of working at SIVA Group.

A reliable support in HR with Mr E Subramani with which would not have learnt the daily activities to be undertaken.

Dislikes

Even though work is there and are undertaken to meet the needs,the desired compensation is not given at times.

I truly appreciate the strong sense of teamwork and collaboration. My colleagues are incredibly supportive, always ready to help and share their knowledge. This creates a positive environment where learning, growth, and innovation thrive, making it an enjoyable place to work.

One thing I find challenging at SIVA Group is the absence of a Saturday off, which makes the workweek feel a bit longer.
