...surance and bla bla bla. but after joined 1 months I found here is all are fake. they traps employee who is mid range skill sets, low level knowledge, low salary, not working from 2-3 months these employee can easily trapped because these employee need job. here is hire and after six months fire attitude in every where

... work life balance terrible. hire and then fire if project completed attitude. no on-bench system, if no project, no salary and fire in one day without compensation work time tracking system, each seconds is counts and if fails to target working hours then salary is cuts down. in employee's computer time tracker installed which can not modify. the report is sends to HR and Reporting Manager weekly without your notice. if you failed to complete your single second then your salary will cut down and fired without any further notice and compensation. 10000% politics in company, favoritism, relative are in management, bribes indirectly like party given to boss in every months. Please do not join this company

Work environment and culture is good. Teammates and company policies are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

You do work but instead of that here in this org you get satisfaction in all related aspects as compensation benefits, facilities, job security, work culture and yearly best appraisal percentage hikes as compare to other org within us mortgage industry.

Nothing expect need to provide both side cab options for morning shift members.

Pay is little better that is the only better part.

Unprofessional management, office politics at peak, management is not supportive to staff, HR is just a representative no authority. In a nutshell is you stuck in office politics then better to change job than raising your concerns as it will create more worse environment for you. Client base is not good, that lead to job security issue.

Respectful behaviour from the upper management and support from colleagues and TL and managers. Performance based and experience based increment. Recognition for the work and effort taken by the employee.

Dislikes

The night allowance is not as per the market pay, which might get upgraded in coming days.
