Work environment and culture is good. Teammates and company policies are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

No Job security at all, Higher management disrespects employees and no work ethics at workplace.

Few Team Leads and Managers don't deserve their position. Some don't even know proper basic English. Donkey work is more appreciated than Qualification and Skills.

.... IJP is fake, all upper positions are reserved for friends in Mumbai branch. The associate manager just cut-off the hikes of juniors and add it on own salary. They show too much cleverness on cutting ICP by increasing targets and other things This review is from US Residential Mortgage Bangalore team underwriter.

1. My last working day at Situs was 17th May and I need to get my final settlement within 45days and it's almost crossed 52 days and I have not got my settlement even after several mails to HR team.this is how They treat their employees.
