Unprofessional management, office politics at peak, management is not supportive to staff, HR is just a representative no authority. In a nutshell is you stuck in office politics then better to change job than raising your concerns as it will create more worse environment for you. Client base is not good, that lead to job security issue.

Fake commitment by the hr location is somewhere else but management calling to Gurgaon office for the training by selr. Management is not good .everyday shift timings are changing no work life balance

Management is pathetic; they are disconnected from the reality on the ground and only focus on active tracking, especially for foreign clients. There is no work-life balance, only dry promotions, and no job security.

...yee are a machine who sits on system for 9hrs pathetic in human behaviour!!!!!!! No salary growth promotion and hike for genuine people No job security at all. They can fire anytime with whatever's reasons Additional. Manager will force to work on weekends saying it is mandatory.

.... IJP is fake, all upper positions are reserved for friends in Mumbai branch. The associate manager just cut-off the hikes of juniors and add it on own salary.
