Compensation is decent, but growth ids slow. the work pressure very high. sometimes i have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day.

...e sits upfront at single floor 9- no hospitality or assistance from pantry boys. 10- sometimes salary delay due to company being insolvent

Worst company, there is no manners to the staffs to talk and they don't give salary on time.

Flexible timing and tax relief components in salary structure.

Salaries are not regular , company financial and business strategy is in mayhem. Senior Management is not tech savvy they lag vision. Nobody want to adapt latest technology and grow business. Layoffs are regular thing here due to excessive hiring on personal grounds. Lot of employees are running parallel businesses. Seems more like govt red tapism in company culture. Regular Raids of service tax, entertainment tax etc due to financial irregularities.

I got opportunity to work with the company for two year. During this time there is a lot of good experience,but the work of those who are probably doing better in the company is not assessed.This is the reason that a after sort time the programming department was closed in Hisar.Well,the experience working with the Siti Networks Ltd.is still good.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high Sometimes,I have to work with company 14-18 hours in a day as have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night,Manager do not value an individuals unique strengths,which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the time.I do receive appreciation email form my client,but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.
