I like the training phase experience it was just a good experience of mine learn lot of things in training phase. In floor also all team and team leader helpful ,Sitel give career opportunities to everyone .Sitel motivate our culture.Once anyone join sitel ,they will loved it.

Working with sitel will help you learn many skills, everybody in their believe in gain knowledge and share knowledge. So you can expect to learn some skills if you show some good interest.

Everybody works for the money, so if at all your looking for the good salary, I would not recommend sitel.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Great place to work, your basic pay might be verg less but the incentives will make it reach upto 30k baeed on your performance (talking about bell process in sitel)

Nothing bad, other than some idiotic TL’s its really good to work. I work for bell semi voice process.
