1. On-site Travel Opportunities on every Implementation Project. 2. Relationship with Colleagues very good except the HR (Director). 3. Work-life Balance 10/10. 4. If you don't want pressure or work this is a good company. 5. Fully job security.

...ong-term served employees. So you will get much less exposure to the project. 3. Salary Hike is very low and every 2 years they do it after demanding it. 4. The promotions option is not available here. 5. As a fresher 1 year is enough to work here. 6. Management is not interested to upgrade its employees.

Better package to offer but it’s not worthy as you don’t know how long you will be able to draw that salary.Well it depends on the department but overall this organisation makes too many changes and it’s difficult to cope with work pressure

Work Pressure. Micromanagement Illogical shifts Extended working hours No clarity over future . No motivation to stay as most people talk about leaving

... I can always speak up freely. Management is very transperant in all aspects. They give good bonus and appraisals every year. Good learning opportunities. Management organises a certification program almost every year for employees who are willing to get certification. Overall, it's a very good company to work with.

Undoubtedly the best company I have ever worked with. Management was very supportive, salary was good, though the work load was heavy at times but the kind of work I was performing always kept me on my toes.

The only drawback of working with SITA is third party PF.
