Best thing about Sisecam Flat Glass India Pvt LTD is during locked down they didn't cut off salary, and they arranged vehicles with prior govt permission for the employees to attend duty.

Dislikes

They didn't considered for leave even you are Covid -19 positive. If your leave balance is in substantial amount, then you are safe. But, you don't have much leave left and you tested positive, then surely there will be a cut in pay cheque. Company have sacked a few people, due to company policy but, as per my opinion, they should have considered the Covid situation.

General Manager/ Plant Head Mr. Sharma is an amazing personal and has excellent leadership skills. He encourages work-life balance.

Dislikes

Transport buses are not clean. But is the issue from the vendor and not the organisation.

Lower level staff like technicians and operators are great. And well skilled persons. Nature wise also they are decent and helpful.

Dislikes

Politics are there. Back stabbing also the culture. And people having a strange and weird attitude. No one listens you if you have made mistakes as well as BIG NO SUPPORT from seniors. Moreover, if you haven't made mistakes then also seniors blame you for being with default persons. At the end, you will be responsible if any issues or problems arise. The seniors of all area are also not supportive, they talk and behave nicely but in learning scenarios they would never give knowledges.
