Salary is too low Appraisals are in 100s even for many years experienced person aswell as new joiners Before giving appraisal there wont be discussion on as to what we contribute to the company,how many clients you handle and whats your work load and skillset. They give appraisal as minimum as they can give, then we drop mails to increase then they will take 4 months to give plus 100s again. Most employees are quitting solely because of this reason. Sisa as company is really really good. You get to learn, improve skill, at your own phase. You get good support if you need. They encourage us to take certification, they even select few of us and approach us to take certifications and sisa will reimburse.

They're highly unprofessional always threat you for elimination no training only assessment and even no feedback and they can fire you giving silly reasons they have no plans for freshers why they hire us don't know never join this company I'm regretting myself. And one more thing office is in remote area we can call it village no cab facilities nthg we have to struggle daily to reach their they think everyone is boss of the company .

!!! Don't miss reading this review before you join here !!! Terrible HR function. Low compensation. Expected to work 24/7, but no compensation for extra hours. No travel facility is provided by the organization although the location is far away from the City. Frequent change in policies by the HR team where employee benefit is always ignored. The HR team will be boasting on DOs and Don'ts but they are the ones who do not follow them. No reply to queries and emails even after multiple follow-ups. Employee consent is not taken into consideration before changing policies and rules by the HR team. You will be forced to pay for the mobile bills although it's for official use. A SIM card is given to all the employees without thinking where they will put this extra SIM card(no mobile/Dongle is given). The mobile bills are deducted as a fixed amount from your CTC(not as per the actual telecom operator bill/plan) whether you use it or not. No employee recreation activity. No proper management as most of the employees are working here since they were freshers, so they do not have management skills. The company's mission and vision statements change every season. Unreasonable performance bonus system. No Employee benefits. The Bond is applicable to both Freshers/Experienced Candidates as they know it well that without this it's difficult to retain employees to work here. You are not eligible for leaves, Performance Bonus during the probation although you'll be doing all the work that a normal employee does. Due to this rule, an employee can never draw the full Performance bonus amount as mentioned in his/her CTC. Your probation confirmation date will be pushed in order to save money from your Performance Bonus. No proper documentation of exit policies.

The senior executive lack forecast knowledge, bad salary, no incentives for sales, leave policy is very unfriendly(1.5 per quarter), time is no limit for reach out... Filled with freshers without vision to build the brand, no budgets for any activities
