Good work environment and culture. Supportive team and management. Company policies ar good, fair and they give salary every year.

there is decent salary but salary increment are not their, no bonus. The management doesn't solve the issue.

I really like to work here and working environment is good , employees are very helpful and friendly nature. I have been working here since last 5 years and I have learnt so many things from this company.

I have been working here since last 5 years but my salary never increase, most of times seniors and higher position employees salary increased but juniors and specially OTC department salary never increased.

Working enviroment are so good and our superior and teammates are supportive, management is transparant and every thing is all right.

Dislikes

There is huge disappointing point is there is no bonus on any fastival and career growth is slow.
