What I liked working here is the well defined processes and the opportunity it provides to learn and demonstrate one’s capabilities.

The compensation offered is not aligned with the work profile and sudden relocation requests to different part of the country are made without prior notice. If an employee declines, they are expected to resign within the same week.

Colleagues connecting with other staff, and association members. Constantly meeting new people.

I have not received any increment in my salary. This is causing strenuous pressure on me in managing my personal and family affairs

Good work environment and culture. Supportive team and management. Company policies ar good, fair and they give salary every year.

there is decent salary but salary increment are not their, no bonus. The management doesn't solve the issue.

I really like to work here and working environment is good , employees are very helpful and friendly nature. I have been working here since last 5 years and I have learnt so many things from this company.

I have been working here since last 5 years but my salary never increase, most of times seniors and higher position employees salary increased but juniors and specially OTC department salary never increased.
