What I liked working here is the well defined processes and the opportunity it provides to learn and demonstrate one’s capabilities.

The compensation offered is not aligned with the work profile and sudden relocation requests to different part of the country are made without prior notice. If an employee declines, they are expected to resign within the same week.

Its a global company. they have many companies in this group. working in latest technology. we work happily in collaboration and i also like the employee re-hire policy here.

work time is high, sometimes above 8 hours, compensation is decent but growth is slow. no on job training for employee.

I have not received any increment in my salary. This is causing strenuous pressure on me in managing my personal and family affairs

Good work environment and culture. Supportive team and management. Company policies ar good, fair and they give salary every year.

there is decent salary but salary increment are not their, no bonus. The management doesn't solve the issue.
