... will loose because of this , end of the day we should complete productivity 3.No appraisal no salary hike . 4.No proper organization between teams ..They will escalate without any proper reason . 5.No support will get from managers If you want to sacrifice your mental and physical health , this is the best company for that

These company doesn't give any hike or promotion to anyone so what should I wrote in likes.. Only wfh is permanent. Also night shift nothing special. They are not hiring only firing so no worry. Only sorry for working there.

Everything management and work culture is not suitable for everyone one desktop job. Nothing night shift only..
