Appraisal are highly biased so first time salary bargaining is very important further growth is very very restricted. highly political environment, nothing learn as non domain people controls the work, no scope for innovation, work life balance is absolutely not there

Very good project long time project i am filed officer maximum days filed my aria isha center near tribal homlets show very happy the job staff members good first security then job.good experience face to face people speaked long time job is good but my self higher education study purpose then relive the job but good intraction with people and NRC team members....
