Company is full of freshers in their fields that's why you don't have to worry for office politics. Very good fooding facility is their that's why lunch and snaks are free.

...'s good for you. # No facility for your career here if you are a good coder. # If you are 12-15 mins late they will cut your salary and no one help you to get emergency holidays. # If you work here you feel like a peasant work in paddy fields with no wrights to spoke for anything. # Their is no place for new ideas in this company. (Where your productivity is juged by screen time active percentage) #

As a fresher the exposure to the live project gives vast knowledge on many thing.

Dislikes

1. The treatment we get as an employee is below average, no respect whatsoever, not even to the experienced employees. 2. Terrible job security. The management will keep only the people they want. 3. Very poor management with many consecutive bad decisions. Many internal quarrels will take place openly in the office. 4. The sensitive things discussed with HR will not remain confidential. Overall the company work is good with great exposure but the work environment is very poor. Not an employee friendly organisation.

The company has alot to offer, if one wishes to learn and ready to give 100% with enthusiasm. The internal management is very supportive and make sure that each employees is given a fair chance to explore their skills to the best of their knowledge.

I would suggest any human being especially girls not to even step inside this company. Be careful to to even think of talking to him. He tries to mis behave and expect personal favours indirectly and when it's clear you are not like that, you will become not fit for the work. He talks nonsense when you meet and you can be job less even after 2 days.. That is kind of mental illness he has...

Worst in every way possible. This CEO has mental issues and he has no clarity on anything or anyone. There is no such thing called "employee" here, he treats every body like a daily labour and a slave. So mean minded, toxic. He uses cheap words on girls and their character with other people. He sits and gossips with other people and girls about all girls hours together. There is no organizational structure, processes, policies, employee rights, just nothing. If you are ready for his personal favours you are in or you are thrown out immediately with a tag of non performer. The list of the disgusting things will go on... will never end. Don't come in and get your character assassinated.... Pathetic place

I worked in Sirma more than 4 years. The management is very poor. No employee care, job security is not there. Now, they started politics. I don't want to say much. But it's not at all as per the standard. Thank you!
