...st cutting then why you open multiple offices in india. you manipilate investor. you pay like 10 rupees to the employee and show investor that we pay employee 18/- Such a fake person . You did the same with Tiger Global Management LLC. Rest in peace for Ajay Agarwal

Excellent company to work with not only because I am getting 100% salary but the support which organization has provided during COVID and lockdown, no other company can provide.

there is nothing I dislike about working at Sirionlabs. It's a best company to work with.

Few managers are very good to work with. If you get to work with them you get good things to learn from them.

...arted working for one account you will keep working for that even after 2 years. There is no good salary hike. People expect you to stay till late at night even if you have completed your work.

Nothing, i wish I could like something. May be culture, work environment or anything but the things I have written below are so strong that you'll not be able to like anything.

...s here, you will easily get to know what other person is saying bad about you. 6) Earning Referral Bonus is a business here (as the amount is huge) and HR and higher management are also the part of it. The scenario is so corrupt that the person who has referred a candiate might be taking the interview of him. 7) Work was never distributed here in an even way. The person who will be working more here will be supressed more as higher management first priority is to get the work done- they don't bother that some are working hard and some are enjoying as equal distribution of work, benefits was--is--will never be a culture here. 8) Trust me only those people are working here who are not getting any job outside, or has leant to deal the situation but please note, situation changes here overnight. i won't say that work is technical here but other factors are so strong that you will become like one of them to survive.

Apart from the pay, nothing exciting to work here.

Dislikes

Culture of the company is bad. There is no direction on what needs to be done technically. It keeps changing. No trust on the engineering managers. Company doesn't have a corporate culture. Old folks are favoured even if they are not upto the mark. Lots of issues in the code, stories are dragged for approval, then the team is expected to deliver on ahort notice, way of communication is not professional. Join here only if you care about money.
