I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

It's not good place to work. Lot of internal politics. No proper salary is given on time. During covid times if we ask salary, they give reason as pandemic situation. But they didn't pay salary from January month onwards. No proper work flow or Hireachy. I don't recommend anyone to work here. During pandemic without informing in prior they removed many. That's what feels bad.

I was given freedom to pick up new things and work on them. But the products we built management could not value today same products built by other companies are rasing good funds.

Dislikes

Management lack knowledge about robotics and they lack the information about the ecosystem. Management destroyed a solid team capable of building good robotic products. They just lack vision and it's hard for them to listen to others.

The company is totlay based on robotics teaching in school. Here i joined as robotics trainer it feels good when you are teaching something technical to kids.Overall its good. but this job can't be continued for so long
