Dislikes

The half salary that we get after tds and mandatory insurance policy there . The VIP culture! Doctors are treated like shit ! It’s purely corporate. Nobody cares if you join or you leave . All they want is to get the work done. No leaves .. no sick leave , no emergency leave , nothing !! You are literally punished if you take a leave!

Work culture is pathetic. U will be made to feel vulnerable and no respect is given by the top most leaders. Only people who does agrees to whatever the highest authority says can sustain. Ur work is never appreciated. Lots more to say. Overall a toxic culture. Not expected from Reliance

For clinical experience, it is a good place to work with. But salary increment for the employees is not so decent.. there is a vast difference between the salary statement and the salary drawn actually. Career growth opportunities are slow
