...ir top management. Management only live on handsome package given by parent RIL. The good part is that they give good insurance benefit and salary on time. Also, performance rating is flawed, job role and HR teams clarity to their work is a joke

No job clarity. No performance evaluation criteria Frequent hiring and firing at all levels Nepotism No coordination between senior management and care giver staff No respect given to care giver staff

Work culture is pathetic. U will be made to feel vulnerable and no respect is given by the top most leaders. Only people who does agrees to whatever the highest authority says can sustain. Ur work is never appreciated. Lots more to say. Overall a toxic culture. Not expected from Reliance

You get to learn many things like patience, how to speak and deal with patients, how to solve patient queries, understanding patients, multitasking

...rk . Appraisal will happen but on biased system not on how you work dedicatedly. Salary will be shown different and inhand will get way too less

Work culture is good. Facilities for the patients are excellent. The infrastructure & environment of the hospital is conducive.

For clinical experience, it is a good place to work with. But salary increment for the employees is not so decent.. there is a vast difference between the salary statement and the salary drawn actually. Career growth opportunities are slow

HN is a great place to work and seniors are too good and supportive. The pay is really good and they provide all other basic facilities taking into consideration everything including the stay. Would recommend HN for sure
