Nothing to like.. u will be called any time of the day even if it’s not ur shift.. zero hands on.

No work life balance … basically u won’t have any life . Zero hands on . Meagre pay of 1.1 lpm of which around 22k will be deducted every month for 5 months as security .. so in hand money will make u cry No freedom to treat patients High turnover rate. No one stays for more than 3-4 months

Sir ganga ram hospital is the best place for work , for treatment for knowledge here job security is good ,all faculty is there

In this hospital hospital , job security is there all training session they provide but salary issues r there , slary is too much less ,is the maine issue but overall sir ganga ram hospital is best for job , treatment and all others matters

Lots of politics issues in management areas. Salary is not sufficient for fresher as per our workload .There is bond of2-3 yrs experience afterthat for job permanancy but still lots of nursing staffs suffering from permanancy issues .So we fresher are also not feeling secure job in this managementAnd also no sufficient training given to fresher's.

The joint replacement team (over all) which I was a part was superb. Very friendly & cooperative. Much to learn especially from leagend Dr O N Nagi sir

Yes this institution provides you a good salary but will make you work like a donkey. Here patient is always right and staff are always treated as culprits. During covid duties hours were increased.. Our salary was deducted. And no basic facilities were provided..
