...n in fact the job itself required lot of travelling from one place to another . Rest all the factors like working culture ,salary, leaves and other benefits are admirable.

Teacher's teaching in the academy were friendly and helpful.

...loyee grievance are never taken into consideration and also they are not valued.Inspite of achieving targets, no compensation abd benifits.

Nothing to be like one year they will use you when you asked for increament they will throw you.

They will never give you any training or any guidance, all you have to learn by yourself, after that they will always highlight your fault and never help you.

They said they are woman oriented company but don't mean it, i was harrassed by one of their lower grade employee but when I told this to the manager he forced me to resign as the employee was 9 Years old in the organisation and favourite one. Female beware if you are going to join.
