Working culture, seniors , and over all environment is very bad 😞, Here sailary issues are also bad , DA and TA is very low , tolerability is negligible here , sale is going down ward because of Dr is not satisfied here with company norms

Company is 10 year old . Even young organization grow fast . Come with latest's molecule in cardio diabetic segment . Very good incentive plan and I personally earn good incentive last pandemic year .

Good environment of the company. Director is visionary. Products and strategies are excellent. Only few old bosses have stucked some places and they are very rigid They are not taking care of the professional growth of intelligent sub ordinates. Overall company is good to work with if you are contented
