... several departments. Some of them are good and some of them are very very poor. Salary is giving on time. Local buddies are helping. We just sitting here but all our activities and reporting to singapore team only.

...orting to another business unit (Supermec). We are not under both company rules. Since 5years not getting any salary increment(Here no one supported) . But Sinmec peoples are getting increment every year. Before joining kindly check with them to support which team.

I was provided training in SP3D, that the only best part with this company.

Dislikes

Poor management, low compensation and increment, have less number of projects, very poor work atmosphere. Can add even more too.

...ment, employees are treated very badly. Manager politics worst I have ever seen. No company benefits, no medical insurance, no bonus, no appraisal, NO OT.

* Work Enviornment is very Pleasant and no Restrictions for Breaks.(only when work is less) * No Targets in Working. Delivery Dates will Be Provided by Clients with Sufficient Time. * Ambients and Work Stations are very Spacious. * Team Leads are very Supportive for work given By them to Designers & Engineers.

office is divided into two and both are in separate building. Better to Migrate to a Big Office where everyone can Accomadate

Salary on time other than nothing, total waste for our skills , career growth, salary hike and more politics.

I have been worked around 6 months, In Chennai major work is drafting only. you can’t expect good salary from them. Nobody will not help for your work , work environment is like hell, wrost office timing and salary detection for late hours ( extra 5 min , they are deducting your 15 min salary) , only one Engineering manager for all disciplines and he is totally non technical and he is just for supervising our work every 10 min and putting you in other department work . Moreover that people are not good and definitely you will feel negative vibrations from them and office management. In my point I am advising to all Engineer and designers who is having good experience from other companies, Please don’t join that type of companies , then your wish .
