i have been with more than year as contract, friendly environment, motivation, self driven, grow along with organization

Dislikes

decent compensation, but i didn't get opputunity to confirm as permanent employee.

1. Salary on time. 2. Bus Service. 3. World class projects. 4. Supportive team members. 5. Chance to korea and site deputation.

Dislikes

1.Most of time repeated work. 2. Not self dignity in work, most of time korean comments updation. 3. Fixed OT rate.

Likes

Opportunities to learn and grow, good work life balance, mentors are good.

Dislikes

Partial appraisals to people. Salary structure is not based on experience. HR cut down the package despite the approved budget.

Leaders are so co operative over here, nice working culture.

Increments and salary offered are quite low as compare to market

I get the contract extenstion.

Dislikes

Few people didn't get the extension and others which do get the extension find their salary cut but not the permanent guys, instead of this company could go for salary deduction for everyone and with that money could have given the extension for 1-2 month with prior notice.
