The company is open to many tecnology developmemts. I love the fact that i was part of the team that markets reliable, high quality products.

Dislikes

Low growth, more work pressure. No proper training for the freshers. Less increment in salary which pains a lot.

As an employee, it was a great experience with them . Learning, earning, performing ... all have limitless chances with them.. The co workers and the management, everything was excellent.

I love the fact that Iam a part of a team that markets reliable. My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Growth is slow, Work pressure is high, sometimes, I have to work 14 - 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend customer calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to back my suggestions most of the times. I do recieve appreciation calls from my customer, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid- year appraisals. Also there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, Which is a pain sometimes....
