There are no policies of PF and ESIC for staff level and no equality in sallery increment heavy workload, no canteen and transportation facilities.

I have about 30 yrs, working experience in hot Forging on different machines like hammer,press, hydraulic press, upsetters, others machines.My self work as a team and to improve quality product, reduced rejection level.Also help the company growth .
