The bed thing of this company is too much. Management are stupid. Thare are no job security all field. Thare are to many stupid rules. There is not any responsive person. That's have no clear facture. Less of non working days

Worst company to work with... I joined as a unpaid intern for 3 months internship where i was told there is no bond policy...one of my colleague who was also unpaid switched to another company after two months. now they wanted me to sign a 3 year bond which they introduce only for devops intern. I simply requested them allow me to complete my 3 month internship without signing the bond since i have already completed almost 2 months of internship. They refused to listen my request then I said at least acknowledge that I have worked here as intern and give me internship certificate for 2 month, they declined that also. Most frustrating part is they can enjoy work from unpaid intern but unpaid intern can not look for better opportunity and if someone switch then other will be targeted. This incident just a tip of iceberg. My sincere advice would be stay away from this company even though you don't have any place to go
