No teammates you became alone there, no training, 0%job security you don't get PF other benefits, after working over there your confidence level goes low and no career growth, never expect for appraisal they don't recognise your work also, very worst work environment you feel like jail, no innovations there are few people they never encourage you and pull your legs, no balance between work life and personal life you fed-up with work culture over there.. don't expect anything before joining over there..

Work pressure is very high but work load high,there is no on job training for fresher,hence seniorwill trained step by step.groth is slow
