No leaves, Salary not on time, Unprofessional and unorgainsed company, NO work-life balance in this company , unsecure job,no designated profile you will work on , they can move you anywhere and you by force has to do it , forget about Job Security and work satisfactions these words are not listed in their dictionary.....you will meet pulkit who thinks whatever he does is right and we have to follow even if its wrong and its not on our profile and has to follow the same ...... anyways all the best who has joined and who is going to join

They do not give PF.At the time of joining they say that when you complete one year then the company will give you one extra salary or you will get a bonus equal to the salary and when your one year is completed then they do not give any bonus. ...Pvt Ltd. I join this company as a Digital Marketing Executive in September 2024. New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
