New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

No leaves, Salary not on time, Unprofessional and unorgainsed company, NO work-life balance in this company , unsecure job,no designated profile you will work on , they can move you anywhere and you by force has to do it , forget about Job Security and work satisfactions these words are not listed in their dictionary.....you will meet pulkit who thinks whatever he does is right and we have to follow even if its wrong and its not on our profile and has to follow the same ...... anyways all the best who has joined and who is going to join

They do not give PF.At the time of joining they say that when you complete one year then the company will give you one extra salary or you will get a bonus equal to the salary and when your one year is completed then they do not give any bonus. I have worked for 01 year in Singhal Industries Private Limited.

You can not work as per your own but just follow senior / management's instructions only!!

Dislikes

No job security and much employees turnover in the organisation. No timly salary and bonus payments. No fixed paid leave per annum means if you absent then money will deduct from salay except if 31st days month and 4sundays only and no any holiday during the month then you can availed a day leave only.

...Pvt Ltd. I join this company as a Digital Marketing Executive in September 2024. I used to have a lot of problems working from the office, here all my problems are over by working from home, Salary comes on time here.
