I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Nothing, but ability of handling a team we can also learn to handle man force by begging without paying anything.

Dislikes

One of the worst company in my career. No timly sallery, never think on hikes, one should look after all the works not only specified to you. Need to work for more than 12 hrs still MD will scold u for without any reasons. Ull be held responsible even it not come to ur responsibilitiy. By giving 30% of Man power ask us to complete the 100% man power work. We should not rise issues and facts we should complete whatever it may be. U don't have any scheduled weekoff s u need to work even on Sunday without fail. Some time I have worked continuously for 20 days without break. Still they don't have ethics. Especially Graduates from Agriculture and Horticultural please don't enter to this ull people loose your confidence and productivity of yours especially Freshers.
