...anagement istrnsparent. There is a huge cafeteria andgaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn'taddress our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 yearbefore which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

If you are fresher so you are seeking opportunities then Sinclus is ok.if u are experience holder then you are working with Sinclus then u can’t satisfy with your work cause of there is no authority and job security this is contract basis job.

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
