Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...d work environment. Teammate are not supportive . Company policies are not good. They not give salary at the time.

i worked over approx 8 months, very bad experience i had over there, one day i came from my hometown and suddenly my boss said there is no vacancy for you. so from tomorrow please don't come. i was shocked that without any notice how could they do this thing with me. after that, i went to a lawyer to sue this company but i can't because i had not completed 240 days over there. very bad experience i had.
