Simply french has a great work culture with where work-life balance is excellently maintained. Each class is comes with a new set of advantages and challenges, which is very stimulating, I always wanted to work at such place where efficiency is not defined by lengthy working hours but by the sheer quality of work.

Dislikes

Since it is an online learning platform and the work is compensated on per hour basis, job security and other incentives like paid leaves, medical leaves are not offered. but that is one small constraint that can be ignored provided that you don't require or depend on such priviledges. its more about what you are looking for in the job. i love my job so much that compromising a little doesn't seem problematic to me.
