If negative star option was there then I would have given -5⭐, Nothing is there to "Like", Here flexibility means you must available for 24x7, poorly aligned roles, blame game is their national game and they have gold winning champions. People can spend entire day in DSMs, Heavily Unstable product. Leave about work but your life is not in balance afterwards. They're very professional in threatening resources. God knows how this organisation survived for theses many year.
