...or eligible as safety officer but i shall not received because i am not Bengali. Though this mush days i working but you not given last three month salary i informed to Mr. Md sir if you appoint the Bengali people to lead the company you share that much take holders or partner you could not able to benefit because Bengali management only thinking about one side . for example L&T as management office in Chennai can you hear one employee telling l&t not paying the salary or other due please you think about it. I had worked 5 sites but you only visited one site only i was hearing . your thinking only 7.5% profit from the site another staff , worker as how what their working hygiene only you deployed Bengali person to monitor these already i said above what kind those people. ok all the right what about i wrote my opinion to your company. please give my three month salary. i am a poor person bur not lose person

No growth of career, no salary timing, poor management

Working method is very poor, no any working sequence has been followed at site, poor management for non technical staff, most important thing is salary system is very very poor, always 3 months late.

No security of salary. Higher officials are busy in touring and enjoying 5 star hotel service on company's account. No outcome of tour, management is not interested to review the outcome of tours

Nothing good as of now. Earlier it was good .It will be foolishness to join now.Company is having no intention to work and grow.Only those who are having relatives in hierarchy will be able to survive.

Dislikes

No proper plan to give salary to staffs. Even after resignation you will not get the salary. No medi claim facility for staffs and their family. Better to work with subcontractors than to work with simplex.

Simplex infrastructures limited is giving salary by delaying 6-7 months avg.., so no need to say anything this is enough to tell that how this company is supporting his staff.
