All over India staff salary is due on and average more than 12 months. Very critical position of all staff. Even though resigned from organization they are not clearing the dues. After corona who ever resigned as on date also not cleared the dues. Who retired their position also same. Kolkata head office no-one attend the phone. emails not reply. Even though give legal notice they are not responding.

Till now 9 months salary balance. Concerned official didn't picked call

No security of salary. Higher officials are busy in touring and enjoying 5 star hotel service on company's account. No outcome of tour, management is not interested to review the outcome of tours

Nothing good as of now. Earlier it was good .It will be foolishness to join now.Company is having no intention to work and grow.Only those who are having relatives in hierarchy will be able to survive.

Dislikes

No proper plan to give salary to staffs. Even after resignation you will not get the salary. No medi claim facility for staffs and their family. Better to work with subcontractors than to work with simplex.

Simplex infrastructures limited is giving salary by delaying 6-7 months avg.., so no need to say anything this is enough to tell that how this company is supporting his staff.

There is nothing much to like about a company whose upper management abandon the site engineers and other site personnel after non payment of 6 and more months.

-SALARY non update till more than 6 months. -Management don't listen to site personnel and give fake promises. -8 to 8 work culture
