Almost everything Colleagues are good but management is horrible. No salary for months Working hours required more than 12 hours everyday and someday like pouring of concrete it will become 20 hours without any care.

Job security zero,many politics by Site management, company top management didn't take care of employees, Company career growth given only management relative & oiling employee.

Worst company. Salary is not proper time. Damp politics done here.

Non supportive seniors, no team culture, poor work environment, politics, no proper timely appraisals, appraisals on basis of work experience not on basis of performance, Seniors try to catch the team success in name of them and blame the juniors for failures, worst work culture and Limited company can have .

The company is open to innovation and readily adoptd old technology. I get to travel abroad especially to the Dhaka (Bangladesh)

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high, everytime, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day

Nothing good as of now. Earlier it was good .It will be foolishness to join now.Company is having no intention to work and grow.Only those who are having relatives in hierarchy will be able to survive.

No proper plan to give salary to staffs. Even after resignation you will not get the salary. No medi claim facility for staffs and their family. Better to work with subcontractors than to work with simplex.
