Probably one of worst place to work , there is no job security, salary delays of 6 months to 1 year or more is very much normal here, No promotion, Bonus, increment, facilities to the staff but simply wants to perform duty for 14 hours minimum a day! for seven days. Getting leave is nightmare for mid to junior level if you are not close to the incharge. One of the main issue here is this company doesn't understood that employees are their assets they treat employees as cattles!! Threatening everywhere. Huge politics on non Bengali people's.. Senior persons like co-ordinators and Project in- charges are the main responsible persons for this companys downfall, they always look for their personal befits literally on everything, they bribe handsome money on everything they do on behalf of the company, so they never worried on their salaries as their packets are always filled with 💰 money. Trust me you won't fell like professional here as they will make you work as a daily wage labor with no benefits. With this culture there nothing much left at this company, so think before accepting their job offer.

Good for freshers for gaining knowledge about projects, process & other technical things which are needed for a project.

Salary isn't done in a periodic manner. Work culture and environment is terrible. Don't ask for promotion/ increment although you are the most suitable candidate.

Nothing good as of now. Earlier it was good .It will be foolishness to join now.Company is having no intention to work and grow.Only those who are having relatives in hierarchy will be able to survive.

No proper plan to give salary to staffs. Even after resignation you will not get the salary. No medi claim facility for staffs and their family. Better to work with subcontractors than to work with simplex.

Simplex infrastructures limited is giving salary by delaying 6-7 months avg.., so no need to say anything this is enough to tell that how this company is supporting his staff.
