Training and motivational training within the company. Few seniors are good.

Salary is a 04 months delay. Most seniors do politics and find very silly excuses. No tours or parties to motivate employees.

I have learned different types of new technology.simplex give me the power to handling junior staff and labour contractor.

Complany don't give salary regularly sometimes it's goes 2-3 months later.Also company doesn't give increment and promotion in regular intervals.

No strong management , no working culture , all mechaneries is very old mostly equipment on hire

Salary delay about 4-5 month , no advance facility, working hours 15-16 hours everyday, no any culture at site, no drinking water at site, senior person not taken any action about delay salary, Here's too much problems

This reviews for all departments Minimum 8 months salary pending and maximum not sure. Senior not help to other. Not fulfilled as mentioned in Offer letter. bonus not sure. company policies written in only paper but not provide or hide. No one received any phone call or reply any e-mail regarding salary. Now 2022 year continue but 2019 year's 6 months salary pending for all staffs.
