When you work at simplex you have to own fully for your works and the management supports you for that but if you fail by even 1% you have no backing what so ever reason it maybe i.e. for any technical/non technical reasons if the same was not possible that day you are blamed for that despite the fact that work was not possible that day.

SCL deals with latest castings worldwide. Working here provides me full information about variable types of castings. Also colleagues are of helping nature. Overall environment is adjustable.

Annualpackage is a big issue compare to my work profile. Pressure is always on a high mode from manager level and management side too. Sometimes working is very risky and seniors make situation of guilt which disturb the working rhythm.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
