When you work at simplex you have to own fully for your works and the management supports you for that but if you fail by even 1% you have no backing what so ever reason it maybe i.e. for any technical/non technical reasons if the same was not possible that day you are blamed for that despite the fact that work was not possible that day.

salary delays are major reasons along with improper utilisation of man power in different field not as per there qualifications

...employees,Provided PPE evreryone & have job security for new comers after 3 yrs. Regular salary every month,no union,politics.Good working environment. Satisfactory duty 8 hrs.

SCL deals with latest castings worldwide. Working here provides me full information about variable types of castings. Also colleagues are of helping nature. Overall environment is adjustable.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Annualpackage is a big issue compare to my work profile. Pressure is always on a high mode from manager level and management side too. Sometimes working is very risky and seniors make situation of guilt which disturb the working rhythm.
