No money or plan to run this co. Started on a very poor product idea. Lead technical (AK and SB) guys are arrogant and abusive. No proper infrastructure. MD is old and incapable of running a company. Uses verbal abuses and mind games to control people. He is also responsible for open few r&d centers but also equally responsible for bankrupting many r&d centers even as a consultant for few months. Lead techs are sycophants. Mechanical guy is a fraud and accountant is lazy. Religious bias, class discrimination, hostile work environment. No jobs for minorities and women. No proper respect for people from humble beginnings. MD likes rich, tier-I educated people only
