The cabs need a bit more flexibility; the India HR team lacks some maturity; the salary structure should be flexibile in terms of EPF & NPS contributions; and there should be car lease policy.

...tter to join the worst reviewed IT company in India, than Simcorp, Noida, India. Don't fall for the good package, its being offered bcs a lot of candidates from good product based firms reject, figure out the work status in Simcorp right after technical rounds.

After spending 8 months with Simcorp I have seen below : 1 - Managers are helpful. They have created an environment where I can put my thoughts without fear. 2 - They do 1:1 on regular basis to find , If I am facing any problem. 3 - Opportunity to learn and grow. 4 - Environment where I can ask any question without fear of being judge. No one knows everything but can learn that he/she knew not. 5 - Flexible work hours. 6 - Employee friendly policies.

Likes

SimCorp has a very good culture. The best culture that I have seen in all the organizations I have worked with before. SimCorp cares for their employees and the executive management is providing updates regularly on where the company is heading towards. A great company to work for.

Dislikes

Nothing much to dislike but as SimCorp is transitioning to a SaaS and service-based organization, a lot of policies needs to be revisited to cater to the way the service organization works and the policies to be changed accordingly.

Likes

SimCorp might be one of the places that helps you grow both professionally and personally because of the culture it promotes and the opportunities it offers. The regular interactions with the ex-cos as well as the senior management provide visibility of what's happening around the organization.

Dislikes

There is none as such, which can be disliked about this. The company is transitioning through the SaaS journey, which is another milestone to be achieved.
