Got to learn things..but only by my self..nothing else to be liked abt thm.

Dislikes

...e,hire for delhi locations and on documents they post u at different locations..sometimes also give salary in cash .. transperancy is 0 ...owner might be good but the people handling the departmnt are worst..no proper salary policies.. no leaves nothing ..and the senior HR seems to be very unprofessional.. alwyz laughing ironically..they dont think even 0.1% abt their employees ..its like bandhua majdoor.

In my opinion the senior staff of SIMALAB.PVT.LTD are undisciplined and no rules and regulations. there are no job security. And very poor working atmosphere. So i suggested to job seeker to avoid this company.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
