I have enjoyed my time here and the experience and relationships I have gained during my tenure. I thank the management and my colleagues for their assistance, support and guidance over the years. Thank you so much for all of the opportunities this company has provided me.

Dislikes

Work life balance not good, Salary is less than according to your profile in Healthcare industry. Leave problem in critical situation. Appraisal is very poor in silverskills.

I don't like anything but salary, appraisal and incentive plan. My focus was on office work. Making friends and living with teammates is not my habit. I acquainted them for officially work. They tried to fear me so much. I am so daring and faced every situation bravely. My attitude is more than them. I am many more angry by birth and making every hours and 365 days. It is my habit that feels me good and my heart with happiness.

Dislikes

Former employees attitude was like HR, Manager and TL. They interfered another matter and found privacy of someone. It was their habit. They didn't focus on your work and kept privacy for their information. TL never scold former employees. They were free from little bit rules. Rules should be equal for all. Don't fight physically or verbally with anyone. I am so powerful.

I like nothing but my office work and Salary. Employees attitude was like T. L and H.R. My attitude is more than them. I always keep angry every 365 day and 24 hours. To keep friendship and live with teammates is not my habit. I am very brave and can't make me fear.

Dislikes

They were selfish. To interfere another matter and find someone privacy was their habit. Neither they focus on their work nor share any information. They kept privacy for their information. T. L. did not scold former employees. He was a coward one. Don't fight anyone verbally or physically.

Management is worse especially sukhpreet singh(here AM lying all the time to be on safer side) ,working environment for working women is worse,not at all cooperative,you will even be forced not to go on team outing as a girl or women,zero work-life balance,salary is awesome but you will be out after one year after your process stability, on the top of this it is totally lala based company running by seniors who are working from so much time period that they helping ultimate reporting juniors in creating bad n worse working culture here. My advice is not to join this company even if they providing awesome salary, please don,t make your life hell here.nobody will hear you.

HR Team, they do their work on time and time to time they talk to employees and take employees feedback and work on it

If you are in cap limit they will not increase your salary as well as will not give you promotion too.
