Well, let me lay it out for you in the simplest terms possible: you know those idiots with the IQ of a moldy piece of bread? Yeah, those one. They lure you in with promises sweeter than a candy-coated lie, get you through one stinking interview, and bam, you're in. But wait, here comes the kicker. Five measly days into the gig, they boot your sorry behind out the out because you did'nt feel like cozying up to them after hours. And what's their brilliant excuse? Oh, get this: they accuse you of plagiarizing the work you showcased during the interview. Like seriously, are they sniffing glue or what? Talk about a bunch of spineless, two-faced, low-life scammers.

I've endured 8 months at Silver Grey, and it's a total mess. The rules change randomly, and HR doesn't give a hoot about you. They can fire you on the spot. They hire too many people for the same job and then randomly fire some. The HR sells this place as a cozy home, but it's more like a nightmare factory. The owner, Gary or Gaurav Dalal, doesn't even mention the company on LinkedIn. Avoid this mess if you value your sanity and job security.
