I got better experience here in finance exposure, manpower handling of entire project, real estate exposure, customer relationship, planning & implementation, sales & marketing, end user market, banker finance documentation, legal documentation & others pros & cons.

Lots for Learning. The work pressure is high. But no growth, lacking in appraisal , Increments on forcefully demand, lack of increment policy. Lack of proper business policy.
